ABOUT
Katie Trickett is one of the leading female performers living in the UK specialising in sideshow, circus and variety. She is also one of only a handful of Enterologists in the world.
Katie has been performing professionally for over ten years and in over 25 different countries and on TV including representing the UK in South Korea and at the Beijing International Magic Convention. She is also a regular on the cruise ship circuit and with almost 15 years experience in the event industry has a wealth of knowledge and experience in event planning.
Katie is a proud Equity member and also a member of the Blackpool Magician's Club. She is also part of a multiple Guinness World Record Holding double act with her partner in crime- Johnny Strange.
Katie has a degree in Clothing Design and Technology and was set for a life in the fashion industry until a magician asked her to cover a show for his wife as an assistant and her passion for magic and performance began. After two years working in illusions and assisting several UK magicians Katie decided to learn her own magic, specialising in creating her own stage acts. During her time at university Katie was also lucky enough to work in the office of one of the biggest UK event agencies and so the journey into professional entertainment came naturally.
When not on stage Katie splits her time between training for her performance skills, making new costumes and props and enjoying anything creative. She likes shoes, tattoos, small dogs and cake! She's been writing a book for some time now and one day will be able to speak fluent Spanish!
